ACNIS Titanium & Alloys PEEK (PolyEtherEtherKetone) P50 is made of a machining, implant grade, granular dental polymer for use in fixed and removable prostheses. Available in capsule form, P50 is ivory in colour.

This new thermostable semi-crystalline thermoplastic material for dental use features excellent mechanical properties, including a modulus of elasticity comparable to that of natural cortical bone, and meets the most stringent biocompatibility requirements:

cytotoxicity (ISO 10993-5)
irritation & sensitisation (ISO 10993-10)
acute subchronic toxicity (ISO 10993-11)
genotoxicity (ISO 10993-3).
Its high flexural strength and low coefficient of friction make PEEK the ideal material for dental prostheses.
